Our new project allows us to provide Carers with a ‘your time, your choice’ option. It is funded by the Welsh Government, facilitated by Carers Trust and delivered by us at Age Connects Torfaen and Hospice of the Valleys so covering all of Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent.
The funding enables us to offer you 16 FREE SHORTBREAK SESSIONS to be used as and when required over the next 12 months.
This could be your loved one attending activity groups, home visits for up to 2 hours, yourself accessing the complementary therapies, visiting our Bistro for Dinner Club as well as lots more options.
