FREE Mother & Daughter sessions in Blaenavon Active Living Centre every Monday from 6pm-7pm.
Daughters need to be 8yrs+.
This is a great session to encourage Mothers & Daughters to exercise together!
We want to help women and girls build a postive mindset towards physcial activity and to help them lead a healthier lifestyle!
The sessions will be designed to be fun, inclusive with the main emphasis focused on improving fitness levels, strength and confidence!
