What is parkrun?
Parkruns are free, weekly, community events all around the world.
Saturday morning events are 5k and take place in parks and open spaces at 9am. On Sunday mornings, there are 2k junior parkruns for children aged 4 to 14.
parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
Register
All you need to do is sign up here and ensure your unique barcode is scanned at the end of the event. You'll received an email with your stats later that day. It doesn't matter where in the world, it's the same barcode for any event so there's no need to re register for differnet events.
