Award winning charity Age Connects Torfaen will be hosting an Open Day on Monday 11th September from 10am- 2pm.
If you’re looking for dementia services for yourself or a loved one, either now or in the future, come along to our Widdershins Centre to have your questions answered.
During the day, our specialised staff will be on hand to discuss the support and services we can offer.
