Blaenavon Veterans' Support Hub

We are pleased to announce, in partnership with Torfaen Works - Health & Wellbeing, the launch of Blaenavon Veterans' Support Hub from Monday 22nd July 2024 3pm-5pm and then every 3rd Monday of the month at Blaenavon Constitutional Club. Calling all former Pongos, Matlows, Bootnecks and Rock Apes. Come and join us to “Spin some dits” “Swing a lamp” or even “Pull up a sandbag” and “Chew the fat” Free entry and free refreshments, including a wet or a brew and something to dunk in it. The hub will offer military veterans in Blaenavon and surrounding areas opportunities to meet others and access any mental/physical health, housing, employment or training support needed. As well as a great chance to socialise and learn new skills, with regular events and activities.
