Wednesdays throughout March Ty Glas Y Dorlan will be hosting Carers Respite days.
Loved ones will offered a day of activities and lunch. Ty Glas Y Dorlan staff will be supporting, or the carer is welcome to stay if they wish.
Ty Glas Y Dorlan are working with some great people and organisations to offer tasters of some lovely activities such as Dragons Sporting Memories, Yoga with Suze, Welsh Cake making, Bois Y Bryn Sea Shanty choir sing- a-long , Health and Wellbeing sessions and singing with Johnathan from inside out Cymru
