Carers Rights Day will be held on the 25th November 11am – 3pm. Whether you are a new carer or have been caring for someone for a while, we believe that it is important that you understand your rights and are able to access the support that is available to you as soon as you need it.
This year Torfaen County Borough Council will be running an event at the new Ty Glas Y Dorlan in Thornhill, Cwmbran. (Leadon Court, Thornhill, Cwmbran NP44 5TZ)
