Do you suffer from a chronic pain condition and you would like to learn how to manage it more effectively and feel better?

Would you like to meet with some like minded people once a week at Cwmbran library and learn how to take back control?

FREE 6 week course:  Living with Chronic Pain course at Cwmbran library. 

Starts 6th June - 20th July. 1.00-3.30pm. 

Please book your place with Jules.Godden@gavo.org.uk or Melanie.Smith2@torfaen.gov.uk.

Once a week for 6 weeks.
