Do you suffer from a chronic pain condition and you would like to learn how to manage it more effectively and feel better?

Would you like to meet with some like minded people once a week at Cwmbran library and learn how to take back control?

Living with Chronic Pain course at Cwmbran library. 

23 January 1:00-3:30pm
