The Communities' Choice Team are excited to introduce the Communities’ Choice Grant, now that the Community has spoken and have told us their funding priorities as part of Torfaen's participatory budgeting (PB) initiative.
Grants are available from between £300 – £10,000 covering a broad and varied range of community initiatives to address the priorities identified by residents themselves in each key area.
Areas:
• Blaenavon
• Thornhill & Upper Cwmbran
• Trevethin, Penygarn & St. Cadocs
If you or your organisation are interested in delivering a project to benefit one or more of these communities, then we’d love to hear from you!

Please submit your completed Expression of Interest Form (Part 1) by no-later-than midnight on Friday 1st August 2025 by attaching it to an email and sending to:
