Connect 5 draws on cognitive behavioural therapy to promote self-help.

On the training, you'll learn how to manage conversations with  people so that they are better able to understand, manage and improve their own mental health.

Connect 5 offers 3 tiered sessions which are half a day long each, starting with an introductory session and followed by 2 sessions that go into more detail. You can complete as many tiers as you want but will need to complete each before going on to the next.
