Meeting at Garnsychan Partnership, 55 Stanley Road, Garndiffaith, NP4 6LH Every Tuesday at 10am The couch to 5k is a guided NHS programme that supports someone who wishes to build up towards running 5km. This programme is intended for beginners, easing them into running over 9 weeks. This coached group programme will tailor advice to each persons ability. Including further guidance on strengthening exercises to prevent injury and improve overall fitness.
