Let’s be real — being a dad is brilliant, but it can also be tough. Sleepless nights, big changes at home, and that constant voice in your head asking, “Am I actually doing this right?” You’re not the only one who feels that way.
That’s why For Dads By Dads exists. It’s a space where dads in Torfaen can come together, be honest about the ups and downs, and swap the kind of advice you only get from other dads who are living it too. No lectures, no judgement — just a group of blokes figuring it out together.
Over 10 weeks you’ll have the chance to:
Meet other dads who “get it”
Share stories and have a laugh
Pick up practical ideas that actually help at home
Feel more confident in yourself as a dad
The best part? You’ll realise you’re not on your own — and you might even walk away with a few new mates.
The sessions are free, but spaces go quick, so make sure you book your spot.
