Age Connects Torfaen are providing a Free Dementia Group Activity Sessions on Monday 23rd May 2022. This session will allow people living with dementia to experience our unique and innovative approach to dementia by engaging in our Merry Moments programme – creating an opportunity for them to socialise whilst participating in enjoyable activities designed to stimulate the senses and encourage physical movement.
This informal session on Monday 23rd May 2022 will give a flavour of the structured group programme that takes place everyday at the Widdershins Centre.
This session is open to people living with dementia and their families and caregivers. A stimulating and engaging person-centred programme. An opportunity for families and caregivers to socialise and engage with others or take some time for their own needs.
