FREE Mother & Daughter sessions in Mount Pleasant Community Hall every Wednesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm (Term time only)
This is a great session to encourage Mothers & Daughters to exercise together!
We want to help women and girls build a postive mindset towards physcial activity and to help them lead a healthier lifestyle!
The sessions will be designed to be fun, inclusive with the main emphasis focused on improving fitness levels, strength and confidence!
