We will teach you how to exercise safely in the gym and encourage you to train with confidence.

No prior experience is required, all abilities are welcome.

Learn to Lift TEENS (12years to 16 years) 
Friday 2nd August

Learn to Lift ADULTS (16+ years)

Learn to Lift TEEN & GUARDIAN (1 Adult & 1 Child 12+ years)
