We are running a free CAP Life Skills course starting Monday 7th October, 1.30pm at Hill City Church, Pontnewynydd, Pontypool, NP4 8PA.

The course runs over 6 sessions and is designed to help you:

• Create a budget
• See your money go further
• Stay on top of bills
• Grow in self-confidence
• Improve your relationships
