Do you have Parkinson's? Is your voice affected?
If so, one of our communication support groups could be for you. Groups are run by trained volunteers and include lots of fun activities such as discussions, reading poems and speaking tongue twisters.
We run groups in Newport, Monmouthshire and Cardiff as well as for people living with Parkinson's in any part of Wales. All groups currently operate on Zoom, so you'll need a device and internet connection.
