Come and join us at Cwmbran Library on 14th May 2024 between 10am-4pm for Mental Health Awareness Week, where the theme this year is Movement: Moving more for our mental health.

We are running various free wellbeing activities including:

Pilates 10.30-11.30

Potting seeds 11am-2pm

Mindfulness 2-3pm

Various services will be joining us on the day to support you, including:

British Heart Foundation, GAVO, Dewis, Torfaen Talks, Platform, GDAS, Torfaen Voluntary Alliance, Dewis, Alzheimer’s Society, Communities For Workplus & Jacob’s Foundation.

Our communities Counsellor will also be on hand with hints and tips for maintaining good mental health.

Free tea and coffee will be available.
