Join our new FREE course to enhance your physical fitness, understand sequences, rhythm, basic mathematical concepts, timing, and teaching choreography.

 

This course will involve learning routines, counting beats, understanding sections, mastering timing, and taking on leadership roles within the dance routines.  

 

All levels of fitness welcome.
