We are pleased to be offering a pop up day centre based in St Johns Hall, Wainfelin, Pontypool.
If you are living with a cancer diagnosis and want to meet others who also are why not come along on a Friday morning 11am-1pm every Friday.
You can have a coffee and a chat, do some arts and crafts, complemetary therapies, have some nutritional advice, take part in some gentle seated exercises or mindfullness ( there will be selection of different activites every week)
