Our older adult group is a Dementia friendly activity session that we offer at our Nant Bran centre.
Activities vary each week and are created with the different aspects of Dementian in mind.
Activities include arts & crafts, music sessions, quizzes, board games, sensory crafts, woodwork, seasonal activities and gentle chair yoga.
If you are interested in attending or referring a loved one please fill a referral form that is available on our website.
