SOHK will soon be delivering a fully funded in-person course in the Torfaen area. This is open to anyone who may need some support in preparing to go into work/education or improving their confidence and/or wellbeing. We use a combination of physical activity, interactive workshops and 1:1 mentoring to help our participants improve both their physcial fitness and mental health. All participants will also have access to additional 1:1 counselling with our course psychotherapist and lead behaviour support. In addition to this, there is the opportunity to brush up on employability skills and meet employers from the local area.
The course will take place every Tuesday and Wednesday for eight weeks from the 25th January.
