To commemorate the 80th anniversary for VE day, marking the end of WW2 in Europe, we will be celebrating with the rest of the nation by hosting an event at the hall by lighting our very own beacon and having a party. You are invited to join us for this very special event, which will be free of charge but please let us know if you would like to come so that we can cater accordingly. 6pm doors open The bar will be open and food served from 6.30pm. We will have music and "Songs that won the war" 9.90pm Lighting the beacon. Come dressed in wartime/1940s attire or patriotic colours! Optional of course!
