We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Volunteer Management Forum on 28th October 2024, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Forgeside Community Centre, Coity Terrace, Forgeside, NP4 9DH. This forum is open to all volunteer leads across Torfaen, whether you manage sports groups, knitting circles, litter-picking teams, befriending programs, or any other type of volunteer-driven activity. The event will focus on providing support and resources to help organisations like yours strengthen and enhance their volunteer management practices. The evening will feature: Workshop activities led by the Torfaen Voluntary Alliance (TVA), designed to provide practical tools and strategies. Guest speakers from Cwmbran Netball Club, who will share their firsthand experience of the support they’ve received from TVA. A presentation from Tempo Time Credits, discussing how your volunteers can benefit from a range of perks. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow organisations in Torfaen, share ideas, and learn new ways to support your volunteers. We hope to see you there!
