Women & Girls Swimming Sessions Every Wednesday from 7pm-8pm in Cwmbran Stadium. The sessions cost £2.75 or if you have a Halo Leisure gym membership these sessions are included in your membership and they are free. To book onto the session please contact Halo on 01633 627100. The women and girls swimming session creates a supportive and empowering environment where females can boost their confidence, improve their fitness and learn new skills.
