Rose from Gwent wildlife will be on site sharing bush- craft and outdoor skills in a six week course. The aim is to stop everyday life for a couple of hours, relax in nature with likeminded souls and focus on your connection with our amazing planet. Have fun learning, develop skills, tune into your senses and do something completely different with your day! Each session over the duration of the course builds on the previous session to help develop confidence and increase your well-being. Just bring yourself and a curiosity about our natural world.
