Women’s circles give you a much-needed place you can share your stories and connect with others. They give us a chance to empower, uplift and help one another grow. Here is a chance for us to form meaningful healthy relationships which just make life that little bit easier. Together we are strong.
This circle is a general sharing circle offering us a chance to connect and discuss whatever is going on in life right now. Basic psycoeducation skills and stress management taught during circle, to give you tools to keep yourself well.
